Everything you need to know for each celebration throughout the week, including timing, attire, and any helpful notes.
We kindly note that all events throughout the week will be adults-only.
MONDAY
SEPTEMBER 14TH
4:00 PM · ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN
Arrive, settle in, and get acquainted with the grounds. While early check-in is unavailable, guests are welcome to relax on property and begin enjoying the surroundings.
7:00 PM · THE WELCOME PARTY
Join us for dinner and drinks as we kick off the week’s celebrations.
Location: Villa #2 at Chalet View Lodge
Creative Cocktail Attire: Fashion-forward cocktail attire with personality. Rich colors, beautiful textures, statement silhouettes, and a little something unexpected.

TUESDAY
SEPTEMBER 15TH
12:00 PM · THE POOL PARTY
No schedules, no dress codes, no obligations. Come in whatever makes you comfortable and spend the day by the pool with great music, cold cocktails, lawn games, and even better company.
Beverages will be flowing throughout the afternoon.
An easy grab-and-go lunch will be waiting on the back terrace when the pool party begins. Help yourself whenever hunger strikes and get back to the important things such as sunshine, swimming, and cocktails.
Location: Pool & Back Terrace at Chalet View Lodge
4:30 - 6:30 PM · THE TACO PARTY
As the afternoon winds down, professional taqueros will fire up the grills for an open-air taco feast, preparing carne asada, carnitas, chicken, and grilled vegetables over an open flame. Fresh tortillas, homemade salsas, guacamole, esquites, and all the good stuff will round out the spread.

AFTER DINNER · STAY AWHILE
From here, the evening is entirely yours. Find your way to a fire pit, wander the property, keep the drinks and conversation going, or call it a night and get some rest before the main event.
There is no curfew and we’re certainly not giving you one.

WEDNESDAY
SEPTEMBER 16TH
THEY DAY IS YOURS
Before we get this show on the road, Wednesday morning and early afternoon are yours to enjoy. Sleep in, grab a bite, explore the area, or simply relax at the lodge before getting ready for the evening. Wedding festivities officially begin at 4:00 PM.
We’ve put together a guide to local restaurants, shops, and things to do if you feel like exploring.
4:00 PM · GUEST ARRIVAL
Join us for a welcome drink and make your way to the ceremony lawn. Please plan to arrive with enough time to grab a cocktail, find your seat, and settle in before we begin.
Ceremony seating will begin at 4:20 PM.

4:30 PM · THE CEREMONY
Gather with us beneath the trees as we exchange vows and begin the evening surrounded by the people we love most.
5:00 PM · THE COCKTAIL HOUR
After the ceremony, make your way across the bridge where a vibey little corner of the property awaits. Settle in with cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, good music, and mountain views while we sneak away for a few photos.
6:00 PM · THE RECEPTION
Find your seat and settle in for dinner, followed by champagne toasts, first dances, and dessert.
As the sun disappears behind the mountains, the candles come alive, the music gets louder, and things get a little less civilized.

8:15 PM · THE DANCING
Now we party. Meet us on the dance floor and plan accordingly. Comfortable shoes and questionable dance moves highly encouraged.
10:45 PM· THE AFTERS
For those still standing, follow the music. We're taking the party back to the villa for one last round of drinks, music, and whatever happens next.
No curfew. Do with that information what you will.
